Making a report - Information that Your-Call needs from you
At Your-Call we will support and assist you in the disclosure or reporting of information whether it is through our on line web reporting system, direct contact to one of our specially trained disclosure management officers, or contact through our telephone message bank, fax, email or locked mail bag.
At Your-Call it is our job to obtain the maximum information from you so that we can do the best job for you. You have entrusted us with your information and it is our promise to you that will deal with it respectfully and ensure that it will be brought to the attention of senior management or the corporate secretary of the company or organisation to which it relates.
To enable us to get the maximum information we will need you to try to assist us by doing the following:-
- Provide a brief overall description or general outline of the information you have and what it relates to. For example, dishonest or inappropriate behaviour or unsafe workplace.
- Give us as many specific details as possible including matters you may deem not to be relevant. For example-
- Names of people involved;
- Witnesses;
- Dates and times;
- Places and events;
- If theft or fraud, how much money you think is involved? Where the money has gone? etc
- Location of any physical documentation or evidence. Likelihood of destruction or disposal of that evidence.
After submitting your information on line or when you speak to one of our disclosure management officers you will be given a unique identifier and you will be asked to give us a password so that you contact us again if you have additional information.
